Do you have proper licensing and certification, Insurance, and Workers’ Comp?
Yes we do have the proper licensing and certifications to work in the State of Florida. We will always show proof upon request or you could verify our license at Florida DBPR.

Are you going to install new drip edge when you replace my roof?
Yes, we always place new drip edges along the entire perimeter of your home to ensure proper waterproofing.

We cover shrubs and bushes with tarps, clear the work area of debris, and use magnets to clear metal debris such as nails.

Is a building permit required for my project and, if so, will you be pulling one?
Yes, for roof replacements and large repairs a building permit is required. We always acquire the permit ourselves unless the owner asks to do it themselves.
